bmwcca events anyone?
 

SO does anyone here participate in the bmwcca hpde events surrounding our area? I'm registered for my first event at Pocono in october and can't wait!

im still workin on possibly getting an E30 race worthy. i got the car. easily get sponsored. and got money. but i dont have the time, or support i should have and dedication. lol

How would one register and that info. I am interested in doing this.

It's not just for Bimmers, right? They allow all types of cars?

Correct (I drive an evo) I went to watch last year, and got a ride along, it was mostly bmw's but there were also quite a few porsches as well as cars like 350z's, a wrx wagon, a scuderia :inlove:. It was quite an awesome time just going which is why I'm participating this year

In June , i think, i went to Summit point raceway , shannadoah circuit, with the NCC BWM cca (Northern Capital Chapter BMW club). My good friend is one of there best instructors. GREAT people, great instruction/instructors and very well organized. Ill check into this event asap. The classroom instruction was very important to me, cause i suck at driving...lol.

Their events are pretty good. I pit crew for some BMW CCA Amateur racers so I am there for the HPDE and usually do ride alongs. I recommend them for some good instruction, fast pace, and steady schedules.
