Anyone want to go in on a garage w/lifts
 

I am looking at getting a decent size garage in port richmond to work on and store cars. The place is 2000 sq ft and could come with up to 4 lifts. i was wondering if anyone was looking for a place to work/store there cars. the place has a bathroom, electric, water and a nice 13 x 13 automatic door. I know that i am new here but i am a pretty laid back responsible 33 year that loves to work on cars(Mainly z cars). Let me know if you might be interested in renting a couple of spaces or maybe using the place from time to time. Usage could be as little as a storage spot in the winter to designating a lift spot. Prices would be very resonable as i just want a couple people to offset the cost. let me know

that would be pretty sick, although a bit too far for me to work on my cars. Id definitely rent from whomever takes up this deal if i needed it though. you have pictures of location though?

very interested if its closer to central jersey. im getting a z car soon, mostly use it as storage for the car over the winter. any other possible spots?

edit: forget it, port richmond is an hour and a half away.

Yes please. I am about 5mins away from Port Richmond and this would be better than the current 15min drive to the garage i rent now.

Well, I am going to look at the place tommorow night and will have the exact details, address, pics. etc. I don't know about any other place yet. It caught my eye because it has 4 lifts. i don't think that i am going to find another place like it that isn't in a prime retail location asking a lot of money. From what i have seen from renting a garage in port richmond already the area is pretty nice and the neighbors watch things closely. It kind of central to philly i guess. Anyone who is serious could come check it out with me tommorow night at 7:30. PM me your number.

Well i looked at the place and the one that we are going with is 1600 sq. ft roughly. We can have one or 2 lifts in there. There is a bathroom in there. It is a pretty good use of space. I am looking for 5 guys to rent/work on cars and then some guys to just store cars. I think that just for storage the price will be 70 bucks/month, and to work on cars would depend on how many people we get to go in but should be low to mid 100's . If you are serious pm me and we can work things out.

we set on 6-7 cars i take it? woulda been nice if i took some pics lol, sorry bud, wish the place was cleared too.

Would be cool to be able to use a lift for a week or so when I would need to do some work underneath the car.

Well i am looking for 1 or 2 more. one more and it will be 117 a month to store/work on cars. There will be plenty of room and at least one lift. if you haven't been pm'd this morning you are not on the list yet. hit me up if you are interested.

Hey i would be interested in renting a bay/area to detail cars. I would like to open my own detail shop and this seems like a perfect oppurtunity.

Are you planning on having at least one rotating open spot? I would love to have access to something like this, but I don't think I'd require it for long periods of time, you know? Any idea if you'd be interested in motorcycle storage?

well we reserved the spot. We have five guys in on it now but we could use one or two more. if you weren't there last night you are not part of the five. Let me know if you are interested. We will have room for storing cars and bikes as well.

I'm very interested in storing the 240 somewhere safe in philly for a reasonable price. I'd love to be able to work on it there on occasion but 90% of the time it would only be for storage.
