Not to rain on your parade, but this idea has been tried several times by local groups and on here. Colonial regional police will end the meet shortly or write you a ticket for loitering. I would suggest picking another location.

Its stopped raining down here. I live about 5 minutes away from 248. Not sure if its going to rain again tonight though. I know they still had the classic car show at walmart tonight, even with the rain.
