dealers license in PA
 

my dad is looking to get a dealers license in PA any idea how and what he has to go thru to get one? we plan on opening a little dealership but mostly being able to hit up the auctions that only dealers can go too.

i was interested in doing this too, but it doesnt really say how much it costs. i was told its like $5k per dealer tag per year, but that page doesnt say anything about it.
