Question about vehicle specific walbro fuel pumps

When you order a walbro kit that is vehicle specific (89-93 240sx in my case), isnt it supposed to come with an electrical connector (a plug) to wire it in to your car? I just got one in the mail, but it didnt come with a plug.

Most likely you will have to buy the install kit. It will come with the harness and sock filter.

Cut the plug from your old fuel pump.

I got a 255 for an S13 on ebay and in the instructions and I think on 240sxtech they say when doin the install that you have to cut the old clip and wire it in.

I think.

It was a year ago, lemme check.

Yea, you pretty much have to cut the wires.

But my pump didn't even come with a wiring harness for the pump itself...

^^^Did you buy it from walbro directly?

Most fuel pumps have the same wiring. Only difference is the connector on the end( ring terminal or spade). Just cut off the stock wiring, crimp and solder on new connectors that fit(if spade make sure they fit on tight) and be on your way.
