Stopped for multiple tints

Got pulled over yesterday in Warminster PA for window tint, tail light tint, head light tint. I was issued a warning, which stated, specifically "Must remove ALL tints".

First, I thought a ticket was issued per violation, eg. one for each window (5), one for each light (4).

Second, I was issued a warning which I'm assuming is a "fix ticket". If I don't have it resolved within the time limit, I'll be issued a citation. Does that mean I'll just be fined, and will I still have to remove the tint? (I'm assuming I'll have to)

Third, do I just stop by the precinct specified on the form for a visual inspection? I can't imagine that'll take more than 10 minutes tops.

Fourth, what if I were to have tints reapplied to my car, are there more serious fines in case I'm ever pulled over again?

Finally, between window, headlight and taillight tints, which will attract the most attention from the law?

Thanks in advance!

I told you getting your tail lights tinted was gonna get you stopped

If he was going to cite you he would probably do one for each violation but since its just a warning it can be for all of it.

Did he give you instructions as to say you have to bring your car by the station for a visual or was it just a warning?

If you take them off and then put them back on thats just saying **** you to the cop so if he sees you again it wont be a warning and youll have to take them off yet again.

Tint period is a reason to get stopped, I dont usually cite people for tint but I will stop a car with tint if I want to have a look in the car for some reason.
