Fast and Furious effects being felt in San Diego. I feel like the cops are taking it overboard by just searching for random cars. They must really need money right now. 600,000 dollars couldve been better spent fixing the streets. and i really hope nothin bad happened to that itr in the video!!!
what if the cops down here started impounding and writing tickets for illegal mods. cops really need the money now i guess because yesterday my friend got a ticket for having a pioneer f90 screen in the car, the cop said even if the dvd isnt playing u are not allowed to have that in the front seat while driving even though his navigation screen was open!!!!..:mad:

No matter what they do, people will continue to race. I don't really see the big deal. As long as you are smart with it, nobody gets hurt.

Because as "smart" as you are, there are 20x more people around you that were born to be chalk outlines, and their mistake is going to encroach on YOUR life.

Well there isn't anything that I can do about it, so I'm not going to worry.

There is nothing smart about street racing all it takes is someone to pull out of no where or some kid to run out in the street or anything you cannot control and you can change the lives of so many people.

Don't worry about him street racing his passat is going to be doing much.

People need to look both ways before entering the street.

Point was street racing is stupid and putting everyone's life, be it other drivers on the road, pedestrians, etc. in danger around you is not worth the satisfaction of "I out drove that guy."

I would think that a blind AND deaf 80 year old woman/man has an escort if they are crossing the street, wouldn't you?

As for the 3 year old, um, natural selection maybe?

the point i got from reading the article, was it looks like they are profiling every nice car that looks even the slightest bit racey. I know of a few people out that way that simply like driving their track car everywhere. They don't speed, race or act dumb, they jsut prefer their track car as a DD. so if I read correctly, they are implying that those that race legally are being punished as well. this is why i HATE California.

ok so everyone who owns a modified car is a street racer, or so what this article says. **** like this pisses me off. im all for getting racing off the streets but dont assume that since i drive a modified car that im out trying to race everything that moves

.. It's unreasonable to think a child could walk into the street and get hit by a car? Or an old lady could cross the street and get hit by a car?
