hit and run info
 

so the other day i was informed by my fiance that the red paint that i noticed on my bumper 6 months ago was from when she sideswiped a car in the bank parking lot, panicked, and left. nothing ever came of this, but it got me thinking. what really happens when there is a hit and run? if there was a witness and they got my tag number, then a report made, how would i then be contacted? or if say my tag was registered to a PO box, how could they find me?

if you have an unlisted number and your not from the area usually send a certified letter to the address from your registration
