What School? I NEED HELP!

OK I am really going crazy right now. And I mean I am freaking out!

Right now I am doing bad in school because they is too much on my mind and I think about other things and because I missed like a week of school.

This marking period I am gonna be passing with D's and maybe two C's.

I have two choices right now.

Go to the Tech school which I dont know if I am gonna make it because of my grades. Like sometimes I want to go to Tech but when I do bad in school I want to go to the High school. But ya I think I am gonna make it but I dont know.

I want to go to the Tech school but my head tells me to go to the High school?

If I go to the high school I want to go to Uti after that.
I dont know what I should do.
Should I keeping working hard like I have been to make it into the tech school or gave up on all the work I have done for Tech and go to the High School...

Also I am talking about Pennsburry or BCTHS.

So you're still in grade school? Just go to high school and live the entire thing at full speed, then, if you're still into cars and whatnot, decide from there.

first off: lots of things on ur mind?.. ur wat 14 u dont need to worry bout **** right now

do u ur best and dont **** around and go to the hs. get good grades or atleast decent ones, then decide whether u wanna go to a tech school(uti, etc..) or college(2 or 4 yr.) theres no reason to decide to go to to tech now when ur so young, youll get stuck working a job and then u may realize damn i shoulda went to college.

Yes 8th at WP.

But I did so work for Tech... And Also I will always be into cars

I would stick it out in high school, and when you graduate from there, then decide what you want to do. There are a lot of good tech colleges out there that can teach you more then a tech school would. Plus, when you graduate from UTI or ITT or some tech school like that, you can immediately start looking for a job. What do you want to do when you go to a tech school/college?

The Tech is kinda like a High school but it is different.. Tech is 9th-12th like high school... BCTHS it is called

Its really unlikely that you wont change your mind on what you want to do for a living between now and when its time to get into something for real. Most college freshmen and even older dont have a clue. For that reason I'd go to the high school.
One thing thats really important though... dont cop out and say you have a lot of **** on your mind or whatever else. Get your priorities on order, focus on your classes, and get good grades. It is the absolute most important thing right now so just drop the excuses now and get it done.

im almost out of high school and a lot of my friends go to tech and trust me going to high school is a lot more fun and a better experience.. you can always go to tech after high school and that is one thing i have on my mind but if i were you there's no way i would replace high school with tech you never know you might get into something more like an office job even if you don't think that now your mind can change fast. I say go to high school and figure out what you want to do then go to college or go to tech if your still into it. and one last thing.. what about the girls? haha tech school won't support you with that

den9 01-21-2009 08:26 PM

i can tell you from experience to go to bcths, its fun as hell and u can still go to college or another tech school when u graduate. it was the funnest days of my life, and i regret getting kicked out. it was cool for me though because i went back to my home school, so id say go to tech school and if u dont like it u can always go back to pennsbury, but if u go to pennsbury first it will be harder to get into tech if u change ur mind.

oh yeah i had horrible grades and still made it into tech, i dont know how but just try your hardest and go for it.

oh yeah id guess atleast half of the people who went to tech school are in college now, half have good jobs like construction or electricians. alot of them do nothing what they learned in high school and go to college and do something totally different, either way its a fun experience and a very good school, there are brand new buildings and lots of brand new tools and technology. the gym is bad ass too, rock climbing wall, weight lifting room, ping pong, mtn bikes in the woods, u name it.

what do u plan on taking in tech? i can tell u the best tech class to pick would be carpentry, computer networking, electrical, and imho the best u can pick in that school is civil engineering, but u need good math grades. i took woodworking which was cool, someday ill get back into it.

for all the people who are saying to go to high school blah blah blah dont listen to them, bcths is a damn high school, i went to both bensalem and tech, they teach u the same damn thing and have the same type of academic classes. but u said u want to go for automotive, i really wouldnt reccomended that, its not all fun and games when u have to do it for a living, and they really dont teach you much there. autobody isnt as bad, they have a nice paint booth and i actually seen some good stuff, but id really think about if u really want to do that stuff in the future.

i know ur going to a tech school for plumbing right? i think it would be better to go to tech school for that, because its free, believe it or not they have a good program there for plumbing, and u can get out of high school and get a job immediately. thats what my friend did, and he goes to night classes there now to get some kind of degree while working full time during the day.
