double posted....i know. but i do need the help asap

ok so i was checking this s10 early 90's blazer out and there's an elec prob. i'm 99% sure it's the fusable link. anyone know where it's located at??? the guy is practically giving this thing away, and i'm in need of a cheap reliable car so would really REALLY appreciate any help i can get. thank, adam
