1/18/09 First SJSCCA/Philly SCCA Winter Autocross Series Event @ NJMP
 

Sunday, January 18, 2009 is the first event of the South Jersey SCCA / Philly SCCA joint winter series and is being held at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ. This series will have 4 events total, 2 held at New Jersey Motorsports Park and 2 at Citizens Bank Park.


The dates for the following 3 events are...

Sunday, February 8, 2009 at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia

Sunday, March 8, 2009 at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville

Sunday, March 22, 2009 at Citzens Bank Park in Philadelphia


Come on out to this first event of the series and beat the Solo 2 off season blues!!!

yea everyone should come out and see how you do against other drivers. these events are always fun, and you see some neat cars along with some ricer ones lol. enjoy these pics.

hey im nice and local im trying to get into racing (other then drag) maybe you can help me out.

I'll be at Jan 18th for sure.

Say I miss the first one in NJ. Can i still participate in the second one in philly? Do you have to do the whole series, or can you just do individual days?

I think im going to pass on the NJ event and try to be ready for Philly.

you dont have to get ready, pretty much you just show up and go :) just make sure your interior is clean with no loose items and your good to go.

Yea, I just have some things to do before hand. Like, my current car (s12) needs new rear brakes, (calipers and all)

and my s13 isnt running yet. (timing skipped a tooth)

So, yea I need to do some getting ready. :-p

thanks im only about 10 minutes from the track im just trying to utilize it. its kinda confusing njmp.com has so little information on the site to actually use the track. when i called the phone numbers listed i was told i need $15,000. to become a member.

visit www.phillyscca.com and check out the forums, all the info is there, and they are the ones who organize it. we're just using NJMP

ill def be there anyone from the delaware area going up?

im most likely going to be there eigther to watch or race. i dont know. doing the auto cross might make me miss the circuit tracks too much tho.

I'll probably have my exhaust ready for the 2 CB events.
