Fix it ticket in PA

I just got pulled over today for needing fender flares....which i do, I ordered them a few hours ago.....my question it how long do I have before it becomes an actual ticket? is it 10 days or 5 days?

Im sure if the flares are added you will not be charged. Thats way you were warned not summons.
