looking for a shop around philly: clutch/ flywheel install

so clutch installation was done.
but my subaru broke down up in poconos this past weekend two hours away from home. (sounds like rod knock) and i might need motor tear down/ rebuild.
i contacted area 1320 already and waiting for their response.
is there any other good stores between poconos and philadelphia that could rebuild/ swap my motor? (prefably subaru specific)
closer to poconos, the better, since thats less towing to do.

PLEASE HELP!

I always recommend Area1320 they did my clutch and flywheel and the price was great. Shoot them a pm.

To make it easier for you just buy an engine. With my Subaru discount it cost me about 1k to rebuild my engine, that's obviously doing it myself so no labor. That was for a new crank, gasket kit, rod and main bearings, oil pump, timing belt. My friend had good rods from a block he got to keep from work. It was like 860 minus the belt with my discount. Got the belt for about 100.

My friend just spun a bearing in his brothers 02' wrx and he is going to pick up an engine for 1k. Timing belt jumped and bent some valves. His friends dad is a tech in scranton or something and had one he's fixing up.

For the price of the parts alone you can pick up another engine. Only thing that sucks is the whole engine is old. At least on the rebuild half of it will be pretty new. See if you can source one then have Ryan at Area1320 drop it in for ya. They do good work there.
