Well, im in love.

Most may not like this car..but im IN LOVE. New kit out for the NA miata. This is the first car with it, and was at SEMA. Needless to say, Im going to be running the same wheels. My car is even red. After I get my motor boosted and running correctly, im buying this kit :) (i like it all besides the hood..which isnt a part of the kit."

In my eyes, that actually makes a Miata much more than just tolerable.

Kerplunk105 11-26-2008 06:36 PM

I like it! :o

omgjacki 11-26-2008 06:37 PM

I actually do like it. Nice.

Spocknasty 11-26-2008 06:38 PM

OH ****! That's badass! More info on that kit please.

CarbonIS 11-26-2008 06:39 PM

that is badass, looks like an s2k with the spoon roof

motorvated 11-26-2008 06:44 PM

The roof is a custom add on. Gets added onto the factory hard top. Not a whole lot of info on these kits, besides that they are $1200. The roof extension is another $800 I believe. so for what you see, its around $2K plus install and paint. There have been a few people order this already, and some have talked about molding the rears instead of riveting them on. I kind of like the rivets.

No go for me

doug 11-26-2008 06:50 PM

I do like how that looks, not a fan of that gaudy hood though.

TalonTsi97 11-26-2008 06:51 PM

I like it but needs a better flowing hood. I think molding the rear fenders would be sweet to.

motorvated 11-26-2008 06:52 PM

ya the hood has to go. ITs a carbon fiber vented hood. Kind of pointless IMHO. The stock hood on the NA is plenty light, since its aluminum. But other then the hood... TWO THUMBS UP

but there's no doubt in my mind that the guy that drives that miata is 100% not gay.

making your miata look sick would be a very easy way to lose the stereotype

motorvated 11-26-2008 06:57 PM

yea. the stereotype doesnt bother me much, because I know what the car can do on a track. I just love how it transforms the car. Other companys have tried to do it..but this one does it the best. I'll post some of the other track type setups

If I cared about stereotype I would have bought a muscle car, if people want to judge me based on my car, then I don't care

motorvated 11-26-2008 07:30 PM

SlideWayzS13 11-26-2008 07:48 PM

The Hardtop kit is by far the best kit out for the Miata....
