Any Tri-State Bikers??

Well I'm taking delivery of my new Buell XB12R in January. It's my first bike, but I have about 200 hours on my dad's Harley. So when it gets warmer, where do you guys ride for fun? I personally hate my area for motorcycle riding. I need some winding roads for this bike, maybe out near westchester, but that is a hike from me. I did a lot of research on which bike to buy. It came down to the Ninja and the Buell. I chose the Buell because from what I've read, it's an extremely fun bike to ride. Balanced perfectly for twisties and is a complete torque monster. I'd rather that than something that is full of HP and will get me into more trouble  Anyway, I'm getting it in black... looks ridiculous with the gold wheels... blue one is just a shot for the front view.

Don't know if you are aware or not but check out www.tristatesportbikes.com Some people over there get together for group rides and hang out to talk about bikes. Did you take a msf course or just learn on your dad's bike? Good luck with the bike and ride safe.

Thanks for the link ^^^. I learned how to ride using my fathers bike. But I will be taking the course offered by Harley. It's a four day class. Two days in the classroom and two days on the course. I was thinking about new hope, but I'm no very familiar with the area so I guess I'll just go wing it. Where exactly is smith bridge road?

right off 202. if you make a left on to 202 coming from the granite run mall on rt1 then you come to a light where a wawa is on your left, right before you cross the delaware border, make a right and its back there. there are alot of good roads back in that area.
