Honda TPS sensor trouble-help please

Just curious if anyone else has had any problems with their throttle position sensor on a B series motor. I'm on my second one already and this one seems to be giving me a little trouble too. I'm running a turbo B18C and while cruising at low rpm's (2K-3K) it gets choppy and makes it difficult to drive smoothly. After I got the newer one in it was much smoother and I didn't have any problems until recently. Thanks for any input you might have

have you calibrate it to .5volts? checked the wiring from tps to ecu? what's it tuned on? check the tps datalog to see what its doing. if its a tps problem it should occur through out the power band though.

checked everything seems to be ok. I don't really know whats up with it. The harness doesn't seem to "clip" into the TPS very tight so I don't know if thats it. Just seems weird that once I got the new one on everything was great for the first few hundred miles, now I'm having the same problem again?
edit: tuned on Hondata S300
