that station sucks balls... everything they say about themselves, and the comparisons they make to wmmr, is hypocritical. When you're entire basis of commercials for yourself is to put down a competing station... you're ****ing pathetic...

A couple of weeks ago the WYSP Program Panager had a commercial were he gave out his real email address asking listeners to send him ideas how to make the station better.

Seriously, how desperate can you be. If the PM doesn't know what listeners want, fire him.

I'm moving soon and my morning commute will go from an hour to 2 1/2 minutes. Thank god, cause the state of morning radio is terrible.

satelite radio ftw

IMO satellite radio has nothing but trash. XM sucks, serius is a little better, but not much. the only thing that satellite radio stations do is play the same exact artists as all the regular stations, but they play a few more songs from each one. their playlists loop every 2-3 hours.. same as FM stations.


but yes, i agree.. YSP needs to go away. preston and steve show used to be the best thing ever.. sooo funny. i would seriously freak out if someone in the shop had a different station on in the morning. lol. the last few weeks i've listened i haven't been that impressed. they're getting worse.

basically the only thing either station has going for them is the talk shows they have in the morning . their music selection SUCKS. talk about stuck in the past. lol. i hate all the southern rock crap (nickelback and the like) as well as the old garbage from the 70's and 80's.

I agree. The only time I actually listen to anything is in my van, which has terrible FM reception. I don't miss it. I've had Sirius since '05 and love it.

are you kidding me? there might be some stations across the country that play the same stuff as satelite, but in one area u cant have every genre of music at once. radio 1045 blows, they were good for the first month now they play the same mainstream **** everyday. the only radio station that comes close to satelite is grock 1065 in north jersey, but it doesnt come in clear in philly. i know for philly area u cant get old school rap, rap that isnt on the top 40 list, comedy stations, alternative rock, a decent college radio, 90s alternative, punk, a classic rock channel that doesnt have 20 minutes of commercials, 50s,60s,70s,80s,90s channels, and if you like classical, techno, country, big band, reggae, world, jazz, etc etc etc etc your in luck if have sirius.

well i'm not really impressed by anything XM or Serius has to offer. plus satellite radio cuts out all the time. i mean, there are a sh*tload of people out there who love it, but i don't see how. sure they both have variety in the content they offer, but i'm not one of those people who listens to news, then talk, then rap, then rock, etc etc. when i turn on some music i want it to be what i want, when i want.. with the ability to change song on the fly. i dunno. i'm just not a radio person i guess. nothing i listen to ever gets played on radio of any kind, whether it's satellite or FM.

honestly id rather put my nuts in a vise than listen to danny bonadouchewhogivesaflying****! all radio is horrible they play the worst **** and the talks shows are always like 2-3 guys and 1 girl and all they do is talk about the dumbest **** and the people think there fantastic only good talk show is 101.5 nj
