3rd brake light?

in pa do you HAVE to have a 3rd brake light? i just put the wing on my evo and now the only brake lights i have are in my tails. i mean, OEM evos come just with breaks in the tails and no 3rd light, so am i good?

You dont need a 3rd brake light
