I need help from you, YES YOU!

Ok heres the deal, im going to France next semester and im lacking in the camera glass/gear department.

I have a D80, 50 1.8, and sweet kit 18-135. now then, im on a budget and i need to pick on piece of glass to buy to take with me.

Its either something super wide like the 11-16 2.8 tokina or 10-20 sigma.

or

A nice 70-200/80-200 2.8.

or

A nice 105(ish) Macro lens.

im really leaning towards the macro or a super wide zoom. Macro because it will just make for some sick sharp shots (esp. of people), but the super wide might be really nice to have for architecture etc...

so what would be ONE lens that you would suggest, and hopefully why. under 650 would be great

Sigma 10-20 because your not going to find anything else in that price range. The 80-200 AF maybe for under 650.00 But the Sigma 10-20 can be had for 400 used easily. I have it and its awesome. Your not findind a 70-200 for under 650.00 even if it is a Sigma. As I said 80-200 maybe for that price, but seriously, 10-20 Sigma for 400 bucks is the best bet.

x2 on the 10-20. i got mine used on nikonians specifically for my trip to New Zealand and I fell in love with the lens. Here is the set, mostly shot with that glass:

Its amazing for architecture as well as landscapes.
