- Rebate in form of Visa Gift Card, takes ~8 weeks to arrive. All rebate requests must be postmarked by 11/11 so dont waste any time ordering, you cant request the rebate until after you receive your products.

yeah just put $171 on my credit card for 3 8gb cf cards... and i'll be getting a $160 rebate... sweet.

i'd say the chance of the first going through is 90%+, but a second or third may not be as good. it says you can do 3 per form but doesnt say you cant do more than one form, but eh... rebates are just a pain in the ass.

i agree, i dont mess with rebates too often. i was just curious if there was a serious possiblity that someone could get screwed here. i'd be all over this if i had the cash to drop right now.

meh, i've gotten myself in trouble with my cc already lol so i cut it and tossed it. i just deal with cash nowadays

ok... i probably will, but unfortunately i wont know how much i can sell it for until i wait for the rebate to come back... so i could sell it to you now for face value and potentially give you some money back in like 8 weeks if you want, haha.

heh i think i can manage till the rebate comes. i just unload photos from my card all the time.

Amazon has some for $34 bucks each for the 8gb. I'll probably do that. Almost every rebate i've done when purchasing more than one of the item has always back fired. they give excuses like, only one item per receipt, too many items per form, One rebate per envelope, yadda yadda, and at that point, you can't do anything about it. Tis a really great deal! maybe i'd buy one... but...

well i won't lie, i ended up getting 3 cf cards. hopefully it will all work out with the rebate. :)

well i just got an email from adorama and the cards i ordered are on back order and they wouldn't chip them out for another 10-14 days. making it past the deadline for the rebate, so i had to cancel my order :(

bummer... i ordered the 8gb ones and haven't gotten an email so hopefully i'm good. i know a lot of people were ordering the 16gb ones...

i had ordered the 8gb CF cards as well. hopefully yours won't be delayed.

**** i just re-read the rebate form, the rebate doesn't need to be in until November 11th not october 11th :( i may have to replace my order :)
