Man arrested for 1,000th time

This man loves his liquor..lol

A Kentucky man has reached an infamous milestone: he has been arrested 1,000 times since 1992. (Sept. 24)

Arrested 35 times this year alone. Spent more than 4000 days in jail. On average, he is out of jail about 2 days before he lands back behind bars.

eh, he's not causing any harm... just can't put the bottle down.

what kentucky needs to do is get him in AA or something instead of wasting money arresting him and sending him back out

i cant watch the video. how does he get arrested? Is he driving drunk? public drunk and getting into fights?

depends on the situations before I say if he's an idiot or not. i do agree on the tax thing, but he's only one person.

ItsStetch 09-26-2008 11:27 AM

dude they should give him an award or something

CleanNeon98 09-26-2008 11:42 AM

What a wonderful system we have in the US. Anywhere else they would have had him in jail for life after 10

oh well while i dont condone it... i think an eye just needs to be kept on the guy so he doesnt hurt anyone....

twastheglow 09-26-2008 11:46 AM

They need to develop an "express arrest" for this guy so he can be back out on the streets with the least amount of down time.

twastheglow 09-26-2008 11:47 AM

Frequent flyer card perhaps?

gary 09-26-2008 11:48 AM

Henry is awesome. He is the first person to have a rss feed to see where he is and a whole firefox plugin. At one point I seen a donation fund so he would have money to get drunk. Henry you are my hero!

DC Hunny5 09-26-2008 03:20 PM

this isn't accurate. they are just counting his arrests after 92.
he's actually been arrested 1,333 times

den9 09-26-2008 04:05 PM

keeps the system busy, lots of jobs

BlackBulletTSi 09-26-2008 05:03 PM

Because if we think it's funny, can you imagine how funny it must be to the cops involved?
