Need some paintball advice...
Im looking into getting back in the paintball scene. Havent really been in it for like 2-3 years and Im sure alot of the guns have changed. Ill be looking to buy a decent Automatic marker that I can possibly upgrade down the line. Just looking for something good to start off with, maybe something I can get really cheap off ebay or some sorts.
So give some opinions! |
get an autoc0cker. those are wicked with an E-Frame. They can be had for cheap and will hold their own with the big boys. I've always been a fan of Bob Long's guns as well. A lot of older high end markers will be super cheap by now.

Yea, a AC was on the top of my list so far as I found alot CHEAP on the bay. Either that and go all out on a X7
|
I have always used spyder gun with the e-trigger. idk why, but i love them
|
I had an Spyder imagine. I hated that thing.
|
Rebel 02 anygood?
|
who's that made by? link it up. i had a spyder, never liked them. they're super loud and annoying, break paint, have ****ty bolts, etc. E-Mag's are nasty too, i loved my minimag and that wasnt auto but still put out 15bps

pfft, no. you'll prolly have to spend at least a couple hundred for a decent gun. let 32 degrees make paint pods and masks and clothing, not markers. go for a big name gun and do it once.
|
E-mags<333 my bros friend had one i loved it and his brother also had a one of a kind bush long louis vitton gun so sick
i still go on pbnation every once in a while i love that place pballer's are so chill |
Im going to bed, leave some links to guns in the range no higher then 400$ :)
|
i have a tipman a5 never gave me any problems its got a response trigger so you can shoot it automatice by playing with the trigger.
|
why do you want automatic? it takes the fun out of it
|
the hell it does. most full auto guns have burst modes too because in tournaments or any organized game, full auto is illegal. its really awesome to see a paintball gun go full auto
|
dude.... if ur going for a great reliable gun that doesn't break the bank and can hang with the best of them... Just get a Tippmann 98 Custom with the response trigger. It is really durable and can get wet and get banged up without breaking. I have the same thing and it can do everything a high end gun can do except mine cost 300 total with all the upgrades. The others will cost you much more.
Stay away from spyders... known to break alot. |

where in lancaster? is it at outlaw? i know the owner of outlaw
|
Doubt ill have one by the 28TH. Will a 98 really be able to hold up with some of the big boys though? Cause I want to get a team started.
Im thinkin of finding either an Autococker or A5 |
A-5's kinda suck because of the feeding system... The cyclone feed idea is a great idea but since its controlled by the air fired it jerks the ball way too hard into the chamber causing them to break. Now the 98 custom has something really similar but its controlled by sound. Every time i shoot it just spins one into the chamber rather than forcing it. Its called a "rip clip" It is a must for fully auto 98's.
As far as the auto cockers go... i don't like the wacky color style for two reasons... One is that u can't play any woods ball because the thing is shiny as hell... and two, try throwing it about 60 feet and it still being able to fire without any problems (have done it to my 98) |
Why not a Evil Omen? I had one and Didnt have a problem, Used too really break paint sometimes, Stock do like 25BPS.
