My car was just robbed in Ephrata.

I just went out to my car and found the dash ripped apart, my Alpine HU is missing and a pair of polk momo (carbon fiber cone) 6x9 components in sealed boxes. If anyone happens to find someone selling a setup like this please let me know, chances are it belongs to me. One of the tweeters on the polk 6x9 has a small dent in the metal mesh cover.

yo check ebay like non stop, and put up a monitor for it to email you if any alpine heads go up

I'm mostly looking out for the speakers, they aren't nearly as common as alpine headunits. I will continue to watch craigslist and ebay, but someone is probably installing my stuff in their car right now. The 6x9s would be easy for me to identify, they would be in carpeted boxes and in perfect shape besides one dent in the tweeter cover. The alpine was a flip down face style, they have the harness but left the alpine cage.

Heres what the speakers look like if it helps.

Get a police report so you can get your stuff back when you find it for sale! Make sure you give such a clear description!

I did report it, but I don't have my serial numbers so the police wont be any help. I still have the boxes and manuals but of course I trashed the serial number papers. If I find my stuff I'll know it, there should be allen key screws holding the speakers in and ONE of the plastic magnet covers was left off the back if I remember correctly. I still have the cover in my bedroom. The cop I talked to didn't even ask for details, he knew it wouldn't make a difference. My friends car was robbed in the same spot about a year ago. I think I'm going to get an alarm to go off if my doors are opened. I don't know much about alarms but I don't want the type that goes off all the time for a car driving by. I can keep my doors unlocked this way and I shouldn't get any broken windows.

just get yourself a police report and file an insurance claim. Thats what i did when my car was broken into. I got 800 bucks back from my insurance after i showed them receipts for everything i purchased that was stolen
