i wouldnt waste your money on those. get something thats versatile enough for you to do what you want, and spend money on a quality lens. having that body is nothing with a shoddy lens.

Jesus H those things are huge!

Dont know anything about them but you always run the risk on eaby with a non-name brand. But for that cheap, if you have the coin, try it out. Let me know how it works out too!

lol realize those lenses being sold from a dealer either name brand or 3rd party are going to cost thousands of dollars. so if its worth $1-300 to see how crappy they are, then go for it

A nikon 70-200mm vr lens has 21 elements in 15 groups and costs about $1650. The first one for $100 has 4 elements in 4 groups.

although the idea of 650-1350mm for $300 seems just down right funny.

for 100 bucks its worth a shot...Hell even if it isnt Nikon Quality glass its still gotta look somewhat decent depending on what your trying to shoot.

I might try it out when i get some extra coin laying around....thats be baller if it was halfway decent for that cheap.

If your not trying to take High quality pictures to make money and you wanted a telephoto lens just to putz around with...I'd give it a shot....I've spent 100 bucks on worse things in my life and if it doesnt work for ****....you could always use it on a innocent female as a sex toy :bigeek::cool:

i would never put those on my camera. and do you really need those focal lengths? oh and unless you plan on shooting on the sun, the max aperture of 8 sucks.

The lens is useless until it's a sunny or partly sunny day unless you like shoot at ISO 1600 at 4 PM in the afternoon.

vwcorradokid 09-11-2008 11:28 AM

There's a reason Nikon, Canon, Zeiss, etc charge so much for their lenses...because the technology and craftsmanship is put into each of them.

TROLL 09-11-2008 11:52 AM

Its not worth a shot, they're useless.... f8 minimum aperture on a 650mm lens? ouch...

den9 09-12-2008 09:45 PM

using those lens ur better off just using a point and shoot, the lens makes a bigger difference than the body. but that 1300mm lens would be fun to try.
