heard this on the news last night..wondering who the 17 yr old was if he lived in middletown.

WTF! what the hell was he thinking??? When I have my 3 year old in my car if a dumb kid tries to race me he faces a chance of getting something heavy thrown at him, not me trying to prove something by racing him.
