Formula 1 Round 11 V. Hungaroring

Personally I can't wait. This round will decide alot. Unfortunately races @ the Hungaroring usually are single file the entire time since passing is difficult. That being said pit strategy and qualifying will be very important.
With the drivers championship so close for so many (only 17 points separate 1-5) this race will be heated.

It'll be interesting if Lewis' "torque adjusting paddles" will bring him a victory. FIA has started random inspections of power plants, and they started with Mercedes first, go figure. Of course it passed early this morning, so all should be good.

Also DC will be using the same race engine he used at Silverstone and Hockinhiemring. So if it survives that will be 3 race weekends under the belt of the 19,000 rev limited v8. Should be interesting to see what happens.

I watched the last 15 or so laps, it was pretty heated towards the end. I forget who it was but their ferrari overheated on the 3rd to the last lap. heikki deserves the win

Wow, what an interesting finish. And if you don't want to spoil it, don't read the thread!

Only 3 laps to go...not only for the race lead, but also the championship lead. But it helped my guy, especially after that flat tire.

I wasn't expecting those results at all. Turned out to be a great race, not a single file borefest that budapest usually brings to the table.
