Saw that at Oakdale Mall today, thought they were NJ plates but upon closer inspection they're NY plates :bigeek:

Coulda swore I've seen that plate around on TST, not sure though. This was around maybe 8PM ish. You parked one spot over from me and forward one spot, so diagonal.
