It was parked on Spruce St on Upenn campus on Sunday near the wawa. Saw the front mount. It was lowered but on stock wheels. License plate started with KTH.

I saw it once when i was driving around 39th and market, looked like an indian kid was the driver

it's some penn student. i see it all the time on campus.
