Gauging Interest: Ephrata Walmart meets.
 

Hey guys, I don't post here much but I do attend a lot of meets. I scored a job at the Ephrata Walmart a couple of months ago and they have a really big parking lot and I starting thinking about having meets up there. The only thing is is that I would want to make sure a good amount of people would show up; so I'm posting here to see if anyone would be interested. I'm not sure on the night or time but post up your ideas and if you want to show!

just come to thursday sonics. its a well established meet with a good weekly following already.

Some people work 3rd shift dragonfly:-p Id be up for it if it were a weekend meet (sat or sunday nights)

I was thinking sunday nights at 8 because thats when the parking lot is the emptiest.

PS- I do occasionally do the Lincoln Highway Sonic meet.

Hey Doug, I'd be down with this. Maybe a bit earlier in the evening though.

Sounds good Im up for it, and I would most likely drag a few ppl with me. (1-12 cars)

What about 7-til whenever? And of course, I would have to ask everyone to be on their best behavior because cops do sometimes patrol the parking lot, and it is private property; but I'm hoping that because I work there we'll be good. :D

Oh and Troy, you usually come down here on sundays anyway, hahah, so you could roll down with me if you don't want to drive all the way down in the 7.

I would be down for this, if its not to late on a week nite. School is more important, but having fun is just as important lol.

Sundays a few of the locals are at the Brownstown Sonics.

I don't care either way man! Not like going from your house to you Walmart is that much further. I just like getting the RX7 out for a drive so I have no problem coming down.....just saying that I gotta get up early for work during the week & wouldn't want to be out late on a Sunday! Now, if it were on a Saturday night then I would care less what time is was!!

Anybody have any sugestions?

There is already an established Sunday night meeting spot 5 mins from there where we know we are welcome to hang out at without getting potentially kicked out like you probably will at Walmart. Not to mention there is also food there as well.

I may have to come to the Brownstown Sonic meets.
