Congratulations to July 2008's COTM: CarbonIS

Thanks Bill again for taking the time to speak with us and let us photograph his awesome car. The gods must finally have come to our side cause we just finished the photo shoot and the skies opened up.

Also to add, sorry to for the delay this month the other car that was selected had a last minute transmission issue and that is why we are late, thanks for understanding.

Congrats bill! As always the car looks meticulously taken care of.
