A bike on the street, nothing you can really do.
damnnnnnnn
you can buy alarms for bikes, but don't know how effective they are
Chain it?
once you get that vr4 sold shouldnt you have room in the garage even with the 300zx
Fuel cutoff switches!
well i live with my grandpop and hes not to happy with me getting a bike so he won't let me put it on his property lol
haha im just worried about some picking the bike up and throwing it in their truck
Take a wheel off and chain it to the mailbox?
You can get a brake rotor lock, but they can still cut it off if they really want to. My thought is the harder it is to steal it, the more they will look else where.

driveway at your brother's? prob. wouldn't get lifted from there
if its a sportbike, and u leave it on the street, it will get stolen, just a matter of time.
...full coverage insurance, or at least get theft on your plan lol

Id get a nice insurance policy and a COVER. People are MUCH less likely to screw with a covered bike. Theyll assume it either doesnt run, hasnt run in a long time, or they simply wont notice it. |
lo jack is the best thing u can do for theft protection. if it is stolen just call it in and i think they say most recoverys are made within 24 hours. the dealer i work at installs them, i believe the unit itself is $600 and then about $150-200 for the install and then youre set. Other than that, just make sure youre steering is locked, and chain it to a pole or somethin is a good idea, i've seen a few people havee rotor disc locks and try to drive off with them on, not good

just get full theft coverage with the lowest deductible. Its all you can do. My bro lived in newark and he had 4 bikes stolen in 6 years. I live in a very nice area with my parents so i havnt had problems at home and i keep it in the garage but my last bike got stolen when i went and visted my brother. its just the way it is. Some bikes you can lock the bars to the side so its imposible to wheel away but they can still pick it up. or lock the disc on some bikes.

or simply park it near another nicer bike. i think that would be the best bet
hmmm lots of options but I think no matter what I do its going to get stolen lol that bike got stolen in 40 seconds in that video idk maybe ill keep pushin my g-pop till he says I can garage it. thanks for the ideas guys

Why not offer to take the motorcycle safety course to ease your grandpa's worries, and in exchange for completing the class, you get to garage it? The class is free (and fun).
