APT for rent

so one of my tenants is moving out at the end of the month. i'm trying to see if there are any poeple looking to rent

no its not where i'm. This place is right behind calloways on county line rd. rent is 940, i pay for water/sewer tentant payes electric. there is a patio in the back from master bedroom

well its finally empty, let me know if you wonna check it out. PS in about 1 month the place where I personally live will be up for rent as well
