Lime Rock Park
 

I went to LimeRock this past Sat for the first time with two friends. What a cool track. Nestled down in a valley completely surrounded by mountains. And what wonderful driving roads surrounding the place! I only wish we weren't in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. haha

We went up for a Grand Am sprint race and some Koni Challenge aka Speed GT racing. The Grand Am wasn't until Monday so we only caught quals and the two Koni races.

You should hear a 3 rotor RX8 as it is doing 150 down the straight away. Throttle blips as the driver down shifts the sequential while braking hard for the first hairpin. What a day!

Same here. I just have to get off my ass and finish the car up before the season gets too deep.

great cars! lovin the Scuderia! paledsm, ur 100% right about the rx8s, i was at laguna last week and i got tons of vids of them idling and tearing down the main straight, im still tryin to load them onto youtube but just dont have the time...

lime rock is a great track, i raced on it last month and its lots of fun. keep in mind they are chaning the track setup a lot pretty soon, going thru lots of construction!

I was going to attend that event but went to the Pocono Raceway instead. Looked like fun.
