Speeding ticket 80 in a 65

Hey Sarge,
Last night i was coming home from the beach on the Garden State Parkway at 2 AM and a state trooper spotlighted me from the other direction pulled a u-turn and proceeded to pull me over. I gave him all the information for my car including my card stating my change of address on my license, but on the ticket he wrote down my old address. He cut me down from doing 89 to just writing me 80 in a 65. I just have 2 questions.
1. Can the ticket be erased since the wrong address is in there?
2. Is it possible to go to court and plead not guilty and agree to a lesser charge? If not how much would the fine be?

Thanks
