it's actually a decent idea and being in IT i know it can work.

From what i've heard, you can try to get a patent by yourself, but often times it gets shot down. But if you get a patent lawyer, you're almost guaranteed to have it pass, but it'll cost ya.

By dad's got a patent on on the copy flat fax, some little thing that was used to hold papers down on old copy and fax machines. Never really sold any, they started incorporating devices in the machine to do that.

I coined the phrase "***** ******"
