There's few bushings on a honda that only twist one way which is how the poly bushings are designed to work.

I've had success using them on sway bars, upper strut mounts, and in the engine mounts, otherwise I'd suggest to stay away from them.

Only car I'd use them on would be a drag-race only one.

'Superpro' poly bushing upgrades are fairly common in the RWD Volvo community. I've already done my rear torque & track rods...the others will come later. The torque rod PU bushing upgrade was the most noticable since they directly affect power transfer.
