ATCO was dead
 

Couldn't believe how dead the track was tonight. You could've gotten at least 8 runs in easy. Nice cool night. No Gamblers race or Quick 8. I was thinking maybe the high gas prices stopping people from racing? Only night I decide to watch. :(

Yea a few friends of mine where thinkign about goign today to race. Wait till i tell them the track was empty. Im pretty sure they didnt go. Miek you ust watched? no racing?

maybe we should plan going next thurday?

It was supposed to be the high school challenge, which takes up no time at all. The price of gas is exactly why I wasn't there.
BTW, is the there still a hill on the left lane that makes you roll forward and redlight at Cecil?

Talon, did not race. I actually went to watch a friend of mine race. I added a few new parts and am in the process of tuning my A/F ratio. Should be all set today.

I use to think that, but I've run all of my best times at Atco. I have yet to cut a 1.6 short time at Cecil, cut a 1.64 and 1.66 Tues night at Atco :) But I'll be down at Cecil next month, maybe my luck will change.

i ran last night also. it was def not alot of cars. i think i had about 7 runs or so. i had a bad night. every single time i messed up on something. best time was 14.0. on wed i did 13.9 at englishtown, but that place was packed solid. only had 3 runs there.

Cecil is downhill some actually but it definetly isn't the safest place to race. They have bumps going down the track it seems like and I just am not a big fan of the track but have raced there once and might go again. I'm trying to go next month.

I'm heading down to Cecil on teh 14th of Oct. Plan ahead and we should be able to get a bunch of people there.


But as for ATCO, is the track still in decent prep since they last did it?

It's not bad. The only thing about Atco is you have to drive through the water box. Other than that, it is a legal place to test and race your car.
