Got pulled over tonight...
 

Was going south on interstate 33 and passed a local bethlehem township cop going about 80mph. I got off at william penn highway and he proceeds to pull me over just as I almost get onto william penn highway. He cited me as going 76 in a 65, so he actually cut me a break. $130 dollar fine, two points. But as I proceeded to ask him about jurisdictions (pulling me over from a state owned road) he threatened me about my window tinting. What do ya'll think. Fight or pay?

PAY! Guys don't play games with the officer who has pulled you over. The police have jurisdiction in the State that they are swore to and can charge you for any violations that happen in that State. The old movie image of running for the County line or the State line is just that a made up movie plot line. Jurisdiction is merly determins the court that will hear your case and possably the Agency that will conduct the investigation.

he said i'll get 2 points. will this make insurance go up?

IT could but you have to check with you Insurace agent
