^Sounds like the cops had good cause to use the taser. Not really sure what the fine line is between "Acting Stupid" and being violent is. My guess is that doing either with the cops isn't a good idea.

Words from the mothers mouth. The cops arent responsible if the taser isn't safe. Its one of the tools they are given to do their job.
