Dark blue Tiburon, Tuscani badges. Moorestown

So I was sitting at a light by the Acme, and I looked back in my rearview and saw what I am pretty sure was the Tuscani "T" emblem on the hood of a newer Tiburon. From the looks of it as it passed by me as I was turning it had rims, was possibly lowered, and definately had exhaust on it. I know there's at least one Tuscani/Tiburon on here. Anyone know who this might have been?

well there is someone on here with the name "jerseytuscani"....I'm guessing it could be them. lol

the mike 03-18-2008 01:35 PM

Yeah, I looked him up, his is red. Seems to be a fairly solid Tiburon/Tuscani community though, thought he might know.

ahhh i didnt go that far...I guess there is another!

Correct me if I am wrong, but the "Tuscani" is the foreign version of the Tiburon right? So if you see a "Tuscani" it's pretty much a Tibby with badges, right??

I know of one guy that has a car similiar to what you described. I passed him on 295 one time but never saw him again. And yes Tiburon & Tuscani are the exact same model car however a Tuscani can only v6.

There must be a lot of people rebadging Tib's these days, I have passed enough to wonder if it is a north american product now.

I've seen him before. I was parked next to him at the NOPI car show at Atco. Seem like a cool dude. When I get home I'll pull the pick.

Jersey tags or PA tags? Sounds like it could be my car.

Dark blue tib, i/h/e, t badges.

I work in moorestown.

the mike 06-03-2008 08:02 PM

Didn't see the tags, and honestly this was a while ago, so I kind of forget.

What stuck out was the split "T" emblem on the front. I really do see a lot of rebadged Tibs lately. Are you ever out by Lockheed/Martin?

soCo 06-03-2008 09:10 PM

I work like 5 minutes from lockheed so yeah, right of 76 and fork landing rd. But if it was before like...3-4 weeks ago it probably wasn't me, just got this internship for the summer.
