photoshop help

can someone please photoshop my rims all white and then white with polished lip....i suck at photoshop so help is much appreciated

those rims are way too dark to do anything to. post up a picture of those rims where you can actually see them.

thanks yea i know it was a ****ty pic i had to take it with my cell and i have been lookin for my stock mirrors for awhile and cant find em..
