I liked the movie a lot... both endings suck....

especially after having read the book 5-10 years ago and looking forward to a decent movie adaption other than The Omega Man...

Eh. I like the original ending better. Rather legendary he sacrifices himself for the rest of man. Almost deserving as he has "killed" so many on the other team. I doubt the main guy would just let him off after killing so many of the infected and capturing his girlfriend, let alone not hold him prisoner and make him cure all the rest (if the main guy even realized she was cured)

they skipped the sex scene again. damn.

i think its has a happier ending but still, i wanted to see if he did succeed in helping everyone.

The ending was the biggest reason why I didn't like I AM LEGEND. With this ending, I wouldn't have had a problem telling people it was a great movie. Then again, I guess he's not so much of a legend with that ending.

yeah, original ending didn't ruin the movie, but def. was its weakest point.

Finally saw I am legend last night, was totally disappointed :( 6.5 out of 10 for me

This ending is much better IMO, the original kinda sucked. Still leaves it open for a number 2.
