Spininall4s 02-15-2008 02:52 PM

not sure if any are open just yet maybe in like 2 weeks. atco is the best but cecil is dope as well i know atco does grundge nights tues thurs friday i believe. friday is always a good end of the week stress relief unless your a dsm guy like me and in that case it could mean a long weekend of fixing something broken =P

IIRC, yes. I only ran their once.

grudge night is the nominal name for "test and tune." No actual competition is going on. It's just running your car down the track to get practice and tune.

cecil opens up on the 22nd of this month. me and some guys are going to maple grove on march 22 for a test and tune session....you should come up

PAFirefighter11 02-21-2008 04:46 PM

I personally love Cecil on Friday nights. Inexpensive and you typically get 3-10 runs in depending on the weather.

ej20wrx123 02-21-2008 07:19 PM

Too bad they wont be open tomorrow :(.
Guess ill have to wait another week.

Cardriverx 02-21-2008 10:09 PM

scutzi128 02-21-2008 10:44 PM

How much is it to run for a test and tune night?

Stillen GLE 02-21-2008 10:51 PM

iam thinking of taking a few runs this summer down in E-town even though my car is stock with a K&N air filter i may have a intake by then lol. but then i may have a project car who know's

When is the best time to go to the track is a tough one. If you want to go to make a run or 2 and hang out the best time is street night or grudge night. If you want to make multiple passes than the best time to go is on test & tune nights. It is more expensive but you will get many runs and usually during the day. Cecil County on street night can be crazy. I have arrived there at 6 PM and on some night only get 2 passes. It is pretty much the same thing at Atco.

Scapegoat 03-08-2008 07:18 PM

hit up cecil when they open saturday mornings... they let you in at 8 and the track is open at 9... you should be able to get about 10 runs in before 10:30. There were times when I'd just drive around and stage and run again and again...
