i havent seen it before. anyway, that officer was completely out of line. ripped the guy out of the car and tased him in less than a minute. dude didnt even have time to get his seatbelt off before he decided to get angry with the driver.wow.

havent seen this one, but wow this cop is a dumbass. hopefully he has since lost his job.

Id say both are moderately out of line. The cop asked twice, and the guy got an attitude. I agree the cop over-reacted but the driver also got a little pushy with the officer. You have to understand everytime they make a traffic stop an officers life is potentially in danger. I wouldnt take it lightly either

i dont recall the driver getting an attitude at all. he asked for the officer to wait a second until he could get it out. he didnt even have time to get his seatbelt off. that driver was in no way, shape, or form a threat to the officer. At least not that i saw. The guy was simply asking why the officer wouldnt allow him a few short moments to get his license. hopefully this doesnt turn into another argument thread and to make sure that doesnt happpen, this is my last statement here.

Officer Farva. That cop was a dick and that was totally uncalled for. I am all for the use of force when it is warranted, like in the previous threads, but this guy is just clueless. I feel bad for the kids at the local mall, thats where this guy is going to end up as a rent a cop.

This is the worst case out of all the ones that have been posted. This cop was totally out of line.

i think the cop is a huge dick, i am sure he was fired for this, hopefully the dude brought a nice lawsuit onto the department he is from.

That is the attitude I hate though. Yeah, the cop is a dick. Nobody is arguing that. But why sue the police department? Why sue anyone? I mean, if he sues and wins 2 million we the tax payers pay, not the cop. The cop will just be fired, he most likely was anyway. In the end, all these law suits simply result in everyone else being taxed more.

why sue? look at the video and put yourself in his shoes...i would sue the hell out of them. funny how the black guy said the he had cops the are friends and the officers was like u have what? and then stay shut haha..

what i want to know is wat happend to protect and serve??

im sorry but police officers now a days wonder why everybody hate them, if not everyone most people, and this is the exact reason why. You have stupid people like this that should never have had this job. If it was anyone else that walked up to a random person and asked for a liscense, and when they werent shown one, they tazed the victim the person would be facing jail if not prison time. So you let some asshole like this guy just go without pay for 2 weeks or fire him? is that even fair? This is exactly what kind of **** makes the world as ****ed up as it is today. People see this and say hell if he can get away with this ON CAMERA then i can do such and such and get off scott free.
