That Black Charger Police car

Saw it on Rt 309 first thing this morning. Pulling someone over of course. Everyone keep an eye out for the black charger that is nothing but trouble.

Yea in hilltown black with dark tinted windows and black wheels. It looks good lol

lownslow95 11-20-2007 01:11 AM

i am assuming its an unmarked patrol car?

bmatyeah 11-20-2007 01:23 AM

correct! yeah it looks hot but you can see the lights in the front grill, at night your ****ed. I got nailed by a cop, going north on 309 right past five points.. at the bottom of the hill (they hide there around 2:15am).

the stretch from hatfield to ambler is such an easy target for the cops, its where they catch the most people.

There is 2 of them in Ephrata with blacked out windows and wheels and is CLEARLY marked police. When Im in that area I always see him tucked in somewhere, just seeing that thing is awesome.

That one followed my Dad after he had made an illegal u turn in Center Valley one night. That thing is so sick.

Njsurfrgurl 11-20-2007 07:54 AM

Trenton had to upgrade all their cop cars to chargers after 85% of the cars they had were ill maintained...so they have a nice little fleet or 10 or 20...things are pretty beast and fast as hell

05GT 11-20-2007 08:56 AM

I had one that WAS marked, following me down River Rd, in New Hope, headed towards 95. He followed me for a good 5 miles the other day. Cruise control baby lol.

BradC 11-20-2007 09:24 AM

Yeah, Hatfield has one of those. Really slick, looks good, sure doesn't look like a cop.

All black with lights behind the tint and chromies...really shady.

Keeper1343 11-20-2007 10:27 AM

but it is okay for them to have dark tint of course.

of course, of course :)

Just like they don't need to follow the speed limit or use blinkers, lol

Plumstead Township has a Charger too. Its not unmarked- it says "Police" on it. I passed it today on Stump Rd.

my bad yea its unmarked

malloyboy1 11-20-2007 06:58 PM

the triple black charger that sits on 309 was marked at one time but you still couldnt tell unless you were staring at it. it used to have a semi-gloss sticker kit on it that just said police and the township. now there are 2 or 3 black n white ones and the 1 all black

they are fun to see becasue you can tell the cops want to have someone run or something so they can get on the chargers

mumby 11-20-2007 08:27 PM

Yea i didnt see any markings on it but its was raining too. Its such crap that they can have that tint and yet I know, like alot of us, have been pulled over for lighter tinting than that. Dont even get me started on the rest of the things they can get away with. Do we have a thread somewhere for known Police hiding spots or what not. Ive also heard that the officer in the unmarked charger will run along side of you and rev the engine and try to get you to race so he can nail you.
