Wheel/offset question

Ok well I really don't know much about rims in an offet sense. I have someone that might trade me some 15x8 wheels with a +25 offset. Will they be a PIA to ride around on?

what's a normal honda take? If you can tell me your current wheel width and offset, I can judge if they will fit or not.

actually, i've seen kids with da integra's running 16x8 0 offset. Soo sick!

Im currently running 16x7, i believe they are between 35-40 offset. Stock i think its 40 or 45. I honestly don't know much about it, I just don't want to rub all over the place. the wheels are axis og's...they have a 3 inch lip on them

ok ready?

16x7 +35

vs

15x8 +25

The new wheel (15x8) is 1" wider (25mm) and has a 10mm lower offset. Split the width in half, so 12.5mm wider on each side. Then add the 10mm onto the 12.5mm that is already futher out and you get 22.5mm. Figure the new wheels will stick out close to 1" more than your current wheels. Measure the gap to see if you think you can clear them or not, but like I said, i've seen some hondas running a "0" offset on a 8" wheel. Mind you they had lots of camber.

depending on the tire size, you can probably fit the wheels if you roll the fenders. if you aren't running -2 or more negative camber, you may have to run stretched tires.

Eh probably not worth the hassle....thanks guys
