nice pics. yea that one does look flat. but i love those water shots. what camera?

thanks guys. these were shot with the kit 18-55 lens on the rebel xt. im hopin to get new lenses next week

It looks like you have a tendency to slightly over saturate the pictures, otherwise i really like them. I haven't been up there in awhile, it should be nice this time of year.

I feel like if you walked on the other side of the bushes to your right and got the dock in closer on this picture, I'd love it.

heres two of the originals for 7 and 8, all thats done to the pics is they were brightened a little since i underexposed them some to keep the color, then a curves layer for a little contrast. the colors last night were awesome

the bushes bothers me some too but i couldnt move more left cuz i didnt feel like standing in the water haha and when i did go to the right of the bushes i had the 135 on and didnt feel like walking back to get the 35

Oh ok, I can understand that. And I can back him up on the colors of the sky yesterday. It was ridiculous for like 10 minutes and then it went to looking like ****.
