caught that mother ****er this morning at a homeless shelter in miami. i wish they would have found him armed and just shot him down so we wouldn't have to pay to keep him locked up for the rest of his life, hopefully his buddy that helped him get to miami and his brother who kept the guns also gets the books thrown at him. ****, even his C/O mother that didn't keep her gun secure should get locked up.


btw, cassidy was my girlfriends basketball coach and this has been a rough time for her :o if anyone is intrested in donating to his memorial fund you can drop off donations at any police/fire credit union or the police department on north broad

Thank god they got him though. It's a real shame that this city is as out of control as it is.

...pretty much sums up my feelings. And yes, they need to start punishing anyone who aids criminals, without a doubt. Unfortunately, it's Philly, and they probably won't get charged with anything (hopefully they do!).

death penalty. not like the piece of **** that shot skerski. life in prison isnt good enough. im sure cop killers get treated like kings in prison, they shouldnt get the chance. he should have drowned like the other piece of **** last week.

i'm not going to get into the politics of what should be done to him, not gonna play God there... but i just wanted to say that i'm very happy to hear that he was caught... i was frustrated when they didnt know who it was, then they officially accused someone but couldnt find him, but now finally i'm glad they did.
i havent turned on a tv today so sometimes tst is my breaking news source, haha.

yeh but all the cops were mad pissed when they heard he wasn't being put down. Also my cousin played for Chuck Cassidy too, shes going to his viewing tonight and the funeral tommorow. She was friends and went to school with his 2 daughters. Such a shame.

He was found praying at the shelter (with about 100 others)and was arrested with the bible in his hands. Just wanted to add that since it was left out of the first post.

Makes him no less guilty or worthy of the death penalty.

from what it sounds like he was a totally solid guy but really had his life fall apart in the past year or so after the birth of his daughter, and he really went downhill. i'd have to imagine he had no intentions of killing anyone but got into a situation he couldnt handle and he panicked. its pretty tragic all around how things can change in an instant like that... for the officer, for the shooter, both of their families, and so on. the whole situation is just a shame.

Yea they were pissed and they had a right to be.



The whole thing that made this guy look so bad was that he stopped after he killed the cop, took his gun then he ran.
