Should Reid resign or take a leave of absence?

Andy Reid has 2 kids in jail. Do you think its time for him to take a leave of absence, or even resign?

CHAOS 10-17-2007 10:25 AM

would your dad take a leave if you and your brother were in jail? probably not... i voted to keep coaching

I bet Chris Hansen is a closet pedophile.

HaHa agreed.

He should coach the god damn team, and get his kids out of his bull****.

They are the biggest moochers.

Make them live on their own...they won't be effin up.

huh? reid and mcnabb will be right where they are next year, in Philly. And how can you say Childress is a bad coach for the vikings? They lost to Detroit by a field goal. Detroit is a solid offensive team. They lost to KC by a field goal, KC is a good squad. And they lost to a solid and hot Packers team by a damn touchdown. And they beat the bears defense up royally. So please, don't spew garbage out if you don't know what you're talking about, man. The Vikings aren't a bad team, and Childress is not a bad coach.

Edit: They are also I believe 1st in the NFL in rush yards.

Reid may not be there unless we keep winning, and rumors of trading McNabb are already going around this year, it should be interesting to see what happens this summer time.

ToTheIX's 10-17-2007 02:05 PM

im a diehard vikings fan, watch them every week...and i know they lost close games....but they beat themselves, they shouldnt have lost any of those games, good coached teams dont do that, and good coaches dont stop handing the ball off to theyre best player when they are losing, have no receivers and no qb...theres no reason peterson shouldnt be carrying 20 plus time a game....but back on topic this is an eagles thread

Rumordelphia, we have the most dramatic sports media in the world.. it's truely sickening.

ozthunder 10-17-2007 03:54 PM

Yea..but to think that Reid wouldn't want to be a part of the development of a QB would be silly.

Kolb will learn what he has to learn, but I garuntee you he is not our starting QB for years. Anyone that thinks Donovan McNabb will not be our starting QB next year, is straight up moronic. His injury is a two year recovery period injury.. I think him not being mobile will help him develop his passing even more. Donovan has always had touch issues with his passes. He's still young, and any rumor about him not being here next year is redundant and pointless. You guys seriously want Kolb being our starter next year?!?!? lolz... bottom of the NFC for sure.

I never said McNabb wasn't going to be. I just said if you think Reid would pass up mentoring a QB and being a part of that you're nuts..

Haha, I know you didn't say that, other people do.. especially misinformed callers on 610 all day. I don't think Andy is going anywhere either, and I'm sure he'd love to show Kolb the ropes.

ozthunder 10-17-2007 04:15 PM

Yea, well, thats why I love WIP lol
