Whenever I try to type up a real post with some nice meat/body in it, I get this error. I'm trying to be all intellectual and get my swell on, but I can't seem to do so when the newreply.php cannot be found. Has anyone else been having this issue? I'm frustrated and I already went through my half gallon of Turkey Hill that was helping me through it. HELP!

it only happens when you type long posts? how long? links or photos included? can you give any other details?

201Motorsports 10-14-2007 10:52 AM

Yea, that'd probably help. I had some multi-quote action going on and I was typing a response to each. I received that error.

So I tried deleting my multi-quotes and then just hitting "Post Reply" and then typing out my responses minus the quotes. I received the same error.

I attempted to make a smaller post and it has worked no problem. I realize that there must be a character limit, but I'm seeing others make longer posts than what I'm trying to enter.

Are there any more details that might be helpful that I could offer? I'm using the Camino web browser... I doubt that makes a difference since Safari gave me the same issues :(

I'm just going to keep trying, I'm not quite sure why I'm having these issues... it's only sometimes apparently because I just made a decent-sized post.

I got around the error apparently? I have no idea. Whatever, at least you know about it now Troll. It was probably just a freak incident with me or something

yeah definitely, the more feedback you can give the better. we mostly test stuff with internet explorer and firefox, can you try doing the exact same thing with one of those (if you have it).
or if you have another username by chance that isnt a 'vendor' then try posting the same thing with that, there may be an issue with the permissions with the vendor usergroup.

I'll definitely try it when I get back to my PC at school and off my Macbook Pro. I'll see if I have the same issues with FireFox. Thanks Troll
